**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize petitioner Nos.1 to 6 w.e.f. 18.06.2014 along with all consequential and subsequent benefits. Further writ of mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioners to continue with their respective jobs till disposal of Special Leave Petition pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court titled as "State of Haryana and others V/s Yogesh Tyagi and another". Learned counsel for petitioners submits that representations (Annexure P-3) submitted to the respondents are incomplete and he will be satisfied if present writ petition be treated as representation and a direction is issued to respondent No.4-Commissioner of Police, Gurugram, to consider the same within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.4, to treat the

YOGESH SHARMA 2019.09.18 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-19600-2019 (O&M) present writ petition as representation and take decision thereon, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioners, failing which, respondent No.4. shall be liable to pay costs of `25,000/- to the petitioners.

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
