MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing FIR No.58 dated 03.04.2023 under Sections 307, 325, 341, 323, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code 1860, registered at Police Station, Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda, on the basis of compromise dated 05.03.2024 (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent No.2, qua the petitioners. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that since the present petition is a partial quashing, hence the same be disposed off as withdrawn "at this stage".
