The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the letter dated 02.01.2025 (Annexure P-8) and seeking issuance of a prerogative writ or mandamus and directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to the post of Assistant Lineman along with all consequential benefits.
