(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the order dated 22.08.2016 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.3, whereby, the application of the petitioner for carrying out the work for Paddy Season for 2016-17 has been rejected. 2.
After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not inclined to agree with the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an application in CWP No.7510 of 2016. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
