By way of present petition filed under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful non-compliance of the order dated 12.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-27825-2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent has filed compliance report dated 28.09.2024 along with speaking order dated 27.09.2024 which reflects that Plot No.295 Sector, PLS, Hisar, has been unblocked on their website and petitioner has been ordered to deposit balance outstanding dues. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of as infructuous as compliance of the order dated 12.12.2023 passed by the writ Court has been made.
