Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 19.06.2019 (P-13) passed by respondent No. 2, whereby the transfer of respondent No. 4 made vide order dated 16.11.2018 (P-7), was cancelled.

At the time of hearing, learned State Counsel has pointed out that in view of the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by the competent authority, present petition has become infructuous; hence, the same be disposed off.

Ordered accordingly.
