(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to notify the post of Sarpanch as a reserved post for Scheduled Caste category in village Sikri Taluwal, Block Bhunga, District Hoshiarpur in the forth coming election of Gram Panchayat 2023.
The prayer at this stage appears to be pre-mature, however, the petitioner has already filed his representation before the respondent No.4 on 19.03.2023.
