Learned counsel for the petitioners states that there are 37 shops to be opened but results have been released only for 16 shops. They have also applied for allotment of ration shops but they have not been considered yet. The petitioners shall treat the writ petition as representation to the 2nd respondent and may seek for appropriate decision as regards allotment of fair price shops. 2.
The appropriate decision shall be taken by 2nd respondent within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of.
