(Oral) (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the orders passed by respondent No.3 dated 09.02.2026 and 13.02.2026, the petitioner has filed an appeal before respondent No.2 which is pending since February 2026 and in the meanwhile, the petitioner is not being able to earn his livelihood. Therefore, a prayer is made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's aforesaid appeal.
