***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner was working as Lecturer at Government Senior Secondary School Jhangir, Distt. Sangrur. Vide order dated 27.02.2017, Annexure P-1, he was promoted from the post of Lecturer to Principal in P.E.S. (School and Inspection) Cadre. Vide order dated 05.04.2017, Annexure P-2, he was assigned place of posting at Government Senior Secondary School, Saron, District Sangrur. He was transferred from said school to Government Senior Secondary School, Lehal Kalan vide order dated 28.07.2017, Annexure P-3. Petitioner is aggrieved by this decision. According to him, his promotion order was a conditional order wherein it was specified that his place of posting would not be changed for three years. By virtue of the interim order passed on 03.08.2017, admittedly petitioner has continued at Saron for last almost two years.
