ARUN MONGA , J. (ORAL ) Grievance of the petitioner, who is a contractual employee, is that he is being replaced by another contractual appointee. Despite the petitioner having served legal notice dated 17.12.2018 (Annexure P7), the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence, the writ petition.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to objectively consider the legal notice dated 17.12.2018 (Annexure P7), and also by keeping in view the contentions stated in the present writ petition by treating it as a supplementary representation and pass a speaking order, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Disposed of in above terms.
