(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the demand notice dated 29.01.2016 (Annexure P-2) issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the Act') along with the possession notice under Section 13(4) of the Act, dated 06.04.2016 (Annexure P-3), impugned order dated 20.09.2016 (Annexure P-5) under Section 14 of the Act and auction notice dated 27.08.2016 (Annexure P-7) under the Act. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
