(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing of e-auction sale notice dated 03rd May, 2018 (Annexure P-9) for auction of the property belonging to respondent No.2, which was scheduled for 13th June, 2018. Further prayer has also been made to stay the auction proceedings during the pendency of the civil suit, which is pending between respondent No.2 and the petitioner.

The date of auction which was fixed for 13.06.2018 has already expired and moreover, the matter is also pending before the Civil Court. Despite the case having been called twice, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
