The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to decide his representation dated 20.08.2022 (Annexure P-6) claiming medical reimbursement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner spent Rs. 10,50,002/- on the treatment of his ailing father who later on passed away. His father was suffering from cancer. The respondents have released a sum of Rs. 3,95,247/- out of claimed reimbursement expenses. The petitioner has made representations, however, respondents are not paying heed to his representations. 3.
