The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to decide his representation dated 20.08.2022 (Annexure P-6) claiming medical reimbursement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner spent Rs. 10,50,002/- on the treatment of his ailing father who later on passed away. His father was suffering from cancer. The respondents have released a sum of Rs. 3,95,247/- out of claimed reimbursement expenses. The petitioner has made representations, however, respondents are not paying heed to his representations. 3.

Ms. Neha Sharma, counsel for Union of India, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that competent authority would look into PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2023.08.28 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
