 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 in FIR No.22 dated 22.01.2025 registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat.

The petitioner earlier had been extended the benefit of anticipatory bail on certain terms and conditions. 3.

Though the return of the State indicates that petitioner has large number of offences registered against him around three to four adjoining States but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in all those offences, the petitioner is on bail.

The other offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner are of similar nature where gullible investors have been duped not only in the State of Haryana but in several other adjoining States. RAVINDER KUMAR 2025.07.17 11:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 27.05.2025 passed by this Court granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands continued and confirmed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the order and this Court also imposes some more conditions in addition to the conditions already imposed which are as follow:- i) In addition to the bail/surety bonds already furnished by the petitioner, he shall also furnish fresh bail bonds for a sum of Rs. five lacs with one local surety to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer.

ii) During this monsoon season, the petitioner shall plant 100 saplings of indigenous plants at a public place in the State of Haryana and submit proof in that regard by way of photographs before the concerned Police Station where the FIR has been registered within a period of three weeks and if there is no such intimation submitted or intimation is found to be incorrect, then the State can move an application for cancellation of his bail. 6.

The petition stands allowed.
