Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitionerscomplainant have suffered injuries on the vital parts of body and under the influence of local MLA, the police has registered the case only for offence punishable under Section 323 of Indian Penal Code and is deliberately avoiding to take the opinion of the doctor regarding the injuries on the person of petitioners.

This petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to move appropriate application before the court concerned/Illaqa/Duty Magistrate.
