1. The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct proper and fair investigation arising out of FIR No.182, dated 22.09.2021, Police Station City, Gurdaspur, under Section 420 IPC.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards the veracity of the averments made in the petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, to ensure that the matter arising out of the aforesaid FIR is got investigated expeditiously and fairly so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.

3. A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, for necessary compliance.
