Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to entrust the investigation of case FIR No. 487 dated 27.12.2018, registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal to some independent agency; to arrest the accused persons and take stern action against respondents No. 5 to 7 and also to protect the life & liberty of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 19.06.2019 (Annexure P3) to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, but till date no action has been taken thereon.
