(Oral) In view of the fact that an appeal is maintainable against the order impugned regarding stoppage of 3 annual grade increments with cumulative effect under Rule 19 of The Punjab Sub-ordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Group-D Service Rules, 2012, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same with liberty to avail alternate remedy.
