(Oral) Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned Notice dated 21.05.2018 under Section 9 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Annexure P-10) being illegal and arbitrary and in violation of order dated 05.05.2016 passed in LPA No.828 of 1994. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that Award dated 30.10.2018 been passed by the Land Acquisition Collector, Faridabad and the same having been assailed by the petitioner by way of CWP No.1481 of 2020, present petition has served its purpose as validity of the Award dated 30.10.2018 shall be gone into in the above-mentioned writ petition. 3.
