STATE OF HARYANA AND OTHERS ..... Respondent(s) CORAM:- HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE LISA GILL HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSH BUNGER
Present:
Mr. Manvinder Singh Dalal, Advocate for the petitioner.

Primary grievance raised by the petitioner is that the petition under Section 7(2) of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (as applicable to the State of Haryana) filed against the alleged illegal encroachers is not being decided by respondent no.6 and was unnecessarily hanging fire.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Ms.Sangeeta, O/o ADA, DDPO, Kaithal, informs that said petition has been decided on 22.07.2022.
In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
