(Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked for the 2nd time under Section 438 Cr.PC seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.110 dated 08.10.2024 under Sections 109, 351(3), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

After arguing for some time, when learned counsel for the petitioner failed to establish the maintainability of the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.
