ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 16.01.2023, vide which a direction was issued to submit an untrace report before the competent Court.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Joginder Singh, submits that the untrace report is ready, however, the petitioner is not appearing so that the same may be submitted before the trial Court. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner will appear before the Illaqa Magistrate on 17.07.2023 at 10:00 AM and the Investigating Officer will submit the untrace report on the same day before the concerned Court.

Disposed of.
