02.08.2023 at 12.00 PM after giving appropriate notices to all the stakeholders. Election has been held on 02.08.2023 in a very congenial atmosphere in which Jagdev Singh- petitioner No.7 has been elected as President and Amritpal Singh has been elected as Vice-President of the Municipal Council, Morinda.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and the petitioners are not interested in pursuing this writ petition anymore.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
