Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 4.7.2024 (Annexure P-6), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 4.7.2024 (Annexure P-6) and decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks, copy of which shall also be furnished to the petitioner in another 3 days thereafter. 4.
