MEHTA (ORAL) Learned State counsel points out that the present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the FIR in respect of some of the accused named therein and many of the accused have been left out from being arrayed as petitioners in the instant petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with the correct, complete and better particulars.
