The petitioner alleges that respondents No.5 to 8 are committing theft of earth from his property and that respondents No.1 to 4, i.e., police authorities are not taking any action on his complaints in respect thereof.

The petitioner ought to file appropriate proceedings including under the Code of Criminal Procedure for the redressal of his grievance.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
