RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.74, dated 12.07.2021, under Sections 376-D, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Ghall Khurd, District Ferozepur, alongwith all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, dated 09.12.2021, Annexure P-2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law.

Allowed as prayed for.
