(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.471 dated 06.08.2021 registered at Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra, under Sections 186, 332, 333, 353, 201 read with Section 34 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be surrendering before learned trial Court within a period of one week from today and would be moving application there for seeking regular bail and he further prays that the trial Court be directed to decide his bail application at the earliest possible and in view NEETU RANI 2021.10.04 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

of the above-said submission, he does not want to proceed further with the present petition and withdraws the same.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Accordingly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court concerned that in case, the petitioner surrenders before it within a period of one week from today and moves application for seeking regular bail, then the same be considered and decided in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
