(Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fallacy in the notification whereby, total 506 posts of Junior Engineer (Electrical) have been advertised and 35 posts have been shown to have been reserved for Exservicemen Category but no break-up of vacancies for Scheduled Caste and Backward Class has been given in the advertisement under the Exservicemen Category. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner moved representations (Annexures P-8 and P-9) on 07.08.2016 and 23.08.2016 but the same have not been decided so far. The petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to decide the representations (Annexures P-8 and P-9).
