Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the notice dated 28.5.2018 (Annexure P-12) issued by respondent No.6 for delivery of possession and the order dated 16.2.2018 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.5. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently certain facts could not be incorporated and essential averments made in the writ petition. A request for withdrawal of the present petition has been made with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is, however, made clear that as and when the fresh writ petition is filed, the office shall also tag the records of CWP-15568-2018 along with the same.
