**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) On July 03, 2018, learned counsel for the petitioners had sought time to apprise the Court regarding the mode of payment and to bring the draft of reasonable amount. Accordingly, the case was adjourned for 11.07.2018. 2.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No.2, who had to instruct the learned counsel is bedridden and therefore, unable to give the instructions.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again on the same cause of action with better particulars and after seeking instructions in terms of order dated July 03, 2018. 4.
