(Oral) The only direction given by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2014 (P-7) was that while giving effect to the eviction order passed against the petitioner, which has attained finality, his request to provide a passage to his house may be considered. In deference thereto, the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), Rewari has issued a memo dated 26.08.2015 (P-10) in which it is categorically recorded that B.D.P.O., Bawal has been instructed to provide passage to the petitioner's house from Khasra No.89.
