Petitioners have approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing action of respondent No.3 for deputing juniors of petitioners i.e. private respondents, to intermediate school course prior to them.
As an interim measure, this Court, vide order dated 02.07.2018, deputed the petitioners to attend Intermediate School Course. As per result, all the petitioners have cleared the course. In such circumstances, petitioners would not have any grievance viz-a-viz deputing of juniors as seniority has to be considered as per Rules. No further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Petitioners as well as private respondents shall be at liberty to seek their seniority, in accordance with law.
