RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0120, dated 18.09.2020, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana, alongwith all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at the relevant time.

Allowed as prayed for.
