*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus directing the respondent to immediately remove the mobile number of the petitioner from the website of the Chandigarh Administration.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as the mobile number of the petitioner has been removed from the website of Chandigarh Administration. He prays for withdrawal of this writ petition.
The prayer is accepted.
