(ORAL) The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.88 dated 06.09.2025 under Sections 332(C), 304(2), 305, 351(2), 131, 190 and 191(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
