This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.295 dated 15.09.2025 under Sections 109(1), 190, 191(3), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS (Sections 238(a) of BNS and 25 of Arms Act, added lateron), registered at Police Station Israna, District Panipat.

Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.16811-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 06.04.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer after 1 1⁄2 month.

This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage.
