Petitioner has filed the instant petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents count his service rendered in Government Aided Privately Managed School for the purpose of qualifying service towards the pensionary benefits.
Notice of motion was issued.
At the time of hearing today, learned State counsel has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 18.5.2018 passed by District Education Officer (SE)Sangrur wherein grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The said order is taken on record. In view of the above,learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that instant petition has become infructuous. Disposed of accordingly.
