(ORAL) The grievance in the present petition is that the petitioners are being called in the police station time and again on the basis of a complaint made by respondent No.6 and are being harassed. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were employees in the firm being run by respondent No.6 and now they are no longer his employees as they have started their own business. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that respondent No.6 has filed a false and frivolous complaint against the petitioners and the police is calling them to the police station time and NARESH KUMAR 2021.09.23 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only. Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that the petitioners were only being called to the police station to ascertain the genuineness of the complaint made by respondent No.6. Learned State counsel further submits that as there is no FIR registered against the petitioners, they will not be further summoned in the police station. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the above-said statement of learned State counsel, the grievance of the petitioners as raised in the present petition stands redressed and they do not want to press this writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such.

Disposed of having been not pressed.
