(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 08.09.2015 (Annexure P19) passed by the respondent - Municipal Corporation, whereby claim of the petitioner has been declined.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Petitioner has not been inducted as a tenant rather he has been alleged to be a trespasser in the shop in question. Thus, no ground for indulgence in the impugned order is made out. Dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
