Challenge in the present writ petition is to direct respondent No.2 to open the financial bid submitted by the petitioner, in case the same was found technically qualified in pursuance to the Notice Inviting Tender dated 12.07.2017 (Annexure P-1) for appointment of contractors at HAIC Ware Houses at Shahbad (M), Pipli and Jind.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no allotment has been made till date and the technical bid has not been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again as and when the cause of action arises in pursuance to Notice Inviting Tender dated 12.07.2017.
