(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition with the prayer to restrain the private respondents from interfering in his working. Admittedly, during the pendency of the petition, elections to the Central Council of Homeopathy have been held. Petitioner has been declared elected vide Annexure P-8 annexed with CM No.7652-CWP-2018. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the decision whether the election has to be notified or not shall be taken by the concerned authority within one month.
In view of the above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
