(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of the order dated 01.12.2014 (Annexures P-1 & P-2) and order dated 12.12.2014 (Annexure P-3), whereby, respondents freezed the balance payment on account of final bill and security amount of `16,53,497/- for the work relating to Banga and `16,34,790/- for the work relating to Nawanshahar, despite the issuance of certificate regarding performance of the contractor (Annexures P-6 & P-7, respectively).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner either to invoke the arbitration clause or to take recourse to the remedies before the Civil Court, in accordance with law. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
