(ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 22.03.2013 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.5 - District Magistrate, Kurukshetra and notice dated 09.09.2016 (Annexure P-8) issued by respondent No.1 to the petitioner for taking physical possession of the property mortgaged to secure the loan amount and the order dated 12.12.2015 (Annexure P-2) passed by DRT-1, Chandigarh. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement Security Interest Act, 2002.
