The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to take a decision on the representation dated 04.10.2014 (Annexure P-4) on or before 15.11.2015.

In the event of there being found any amount payable, the respondents shall pay the same to the petitioner together with interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date the amount was payable till payment in accordance with the judgement of the Division Bench of this Court dated 18.03.2015 in CWP-1445-2015 titled as Pagoda Developer LLP Vs State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-3).
