SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The petitioner seeks a direction for allotment of 14 marla residential plot in Urban Estate, Gurgaon, under the 'Oustees Quota' in terms of Policy dated 07.12.2007. The claim is based on the premise that the land of the petitioner measuring 17 kanal 12 marla, situated within the revenue estate of village Pawala Khusrupur, Tehsil and District Gurgaon, fully described in para 2 of the writ petition, was acquired by State of Haryana vide Award No.54 dated 05.11.2009. The petitioner, thus, falls in the category of 'Oustees' and is entitled to allotment of a plot under the aforesaid Policy. It further appears that the petitioner applied for such allotment vide application, dated 04.12.2009, Annexure P2, but no decision has been taken.
