The instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 29.12.2023 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar, in case FIR No.171 dated 20.09.2023, under Sections 376, 452, 506 IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Line Par Bahadurgarh, District Jhajjar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
