(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to respondent No.3 to supply copy of order in pursuance to the imposition of penalty under Section 31(8) of Haryana VAT Act 2003 regarding detention of vehicle No.HR56A/2376 detained on 23.08.2016, which has not been supplied to him despite various reminders.
