Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) In the present petition, in nut shell, the grievance of the petitioner was that his salary since October,2014 was not being released. Vide order dated 5.10.2016 notice of motion was issued. On 11.11.2016 learned State counsel submitted that salary due to the petitioner since October 2014 had since been released. However, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the released salary was not correctly computed,as after reinstatement of the petitioner as Beldar on 21.5.2004 on regular basis in compliance of the Labour Court Award dated 9.5.2002, annual increments had not been released nor had GPF Account Number been assigned to the petitioner, an appointee prior to 1.1.2004. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the State had sought three weeks' time to ensure that the admissible benefits are granted to the petitioner.
